Practicing good hand hygiene is the best way to protect yourself and your family.
Avoid close contact with people with cold or flu-like illnesses and make sure you cover coughs and sneezes with disposable tissues or clothing.
Always wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with water and soap and dry them thoroughly before eating or handling food, after using the toilet or after coughing, sneezing, blowing your nose.

If you've been affected by COVID-19, you may be able eligible for financial support. You may be self-isolating at home, or your work may be affected.
